The main assumption of the project is to include and engage outstanding alumni of the University of Lodz in the process of developing the scientific and professional career of the most talented students. VIP graduates - playing the role of mentors, experts sharing knowledge and experience, support students in finding new ways to expand their qualifications and indicate the latest trends and development directions. Diversity of personality and a wide range of mentor competences mean that young people receive knowledge and skills on many levels. The roles of mentors are taken by our alumni holding high positions in leading companies and organizations operating in Poland, such as: Accenture, Deloitte, KGHM, Grupa Azoty, Amcor or PKO BP S.A.

NEW DEADLINE: 20 November, 2020

Stage I:

In the first step, learn about the 8th edition Mentors and decide with whom you wish to cooperate. Make sure the chosen Mentor offers the opportunity to meet in the language you use.

Then, complete the online application and send your CV. The form should indicate max. 3 preferred mentors. However, the indication is informative only and does not guarantee assignment to the selected mentor.

Stage II:

Based on the submitted application documents, candidates and Mentors will be matched in pairs.

The key to assessing candidates will be the justification for willingness to participate in a mentoring project.

Additional assessment criteria: learning outcomes, social activity, interests, creativity.


The recruitment results and matched mentoring pairs will be announced by November 30 this year.

The duration of the entire mentoring process is scheduled for December 2020 - June 2021.


The inauguration of the 8th edition of the Mentoring project will take place in December (most probably online).
